For nearly a decade, Peer to Peer has been the California Water Efficiency Partnership’s flagship event, bringing together a highly engaged community of water efficiency and conservation professionals in an intentionally intimate setting. Unlike large trade shows or convention-style conferences, Peer to Peer is designed to foster meaningful connection, candid dialogue, and collaborative problem-solving among practitioners shaping water efficiency programs across California.
Peer to Peer 2026 marks our 10-year anniversary, celebrating a decade of collaboration while looking ahead to the future of water efficiency and implementation of Making Conservation a California Way of Life.
Peer to Peer convenes approximately 250 water efficiency professionals for two full days of learning and connection. The program features:
Interactive and facilitated discussions
Small-group and peer-driven sessions
Expert-led presentations
Ample time for networking and informal exchange
This intentionally designed format creates space for honest conversations, shared learning, and deeper engagement across agencies, partners, and sectors.
