“This is not a moment, it’s a movement.” – Hamilton, Lin Manuel Miranda.

Catalyst+West is the regional offshoot of the Catalyst Mastermind Summit. It is a fun-size gathering capped at 60 people to create a learning space of genuine discourse and discovering your next water nerd connection. Registrations opens September 27th. $150/person.

A nonprofit hub for all things water communication. The Lab is revolutionizing the way the water industry communicates by providing tools, resources, inspiration, and more; all geared towards behavior change through the lens of communication.

Water professionals with or without communication in their job title. We believe communication is a tool, not just a title. All Catalyst events are for anyone committed to improving their communication skills in order to create more buy-in, understanding, collaboration, and trust.

Catalyst events are all about action, even during the summit program. Catalyst is a traveling summit where we use location and movement to inspire minds and encourage knowledge transfer. Moving sessions enhances memory retention and reduces brain fog. When the butt does numb, the brain goes dumb. Transportation will be available for participants who require mobility accommodations. Please contact [email protected] to request accommodations prior to the event.

The summit is designed to revolutionize the water industry by cultivating innovators in communication. The Catalyst experience revolves around the Rogue Water ABCs of water communication–assessment, branding, content, and strategy.

Sessions are designed using the LAB model – Learn, Apply, Bridge – with interactive elements built into every session. Learn new content, apply it in real-time in the workshop, walk away with an accountability plan to ensure knowledge isn’t lost between the session and the office. Speakers are thought-leaders from inside and outside the water industry. Download the program.

Sessions are workshop based. Each session runs approximately 90 – 120 mins. Lite bites are served at mixers, lunch is provided on Thursday and breakfast on Friday.
