Thank you for registering for the upcoming QWEL Training sponsored by the Network of Santa Barbara County Water Suppliers! Once payment is complete, you will be registered for the class. Please note that a 3.5% service fee will be added to your charge. This class fee is refundable (minus the service charge) up to 1 week before the class start date (Feb 5, 2026); it is non-refundable after that date.
