Cost:
- Member pricing: $350 (for CalWEP & AWE Members)
- Nonmember pricing: $500
Schedule: 20-hour training divided into eight 2.5-hour Zoom sessions Monday-Thursday, October 5 -15 from 8:00 a.m.- 10:30 a.m. Exams will be administered online beginning the week of October 19.
The online training will be taught by one of our highly rated QWEL instructors, covering content from the QWEL Reference Manual. Specific topics covered include:
- Sustainable landscape design principles,
- Soil properties and health,
- Plant water needs,
- Overhead spray irrigation system audits,
- Irrigation system troubleshooting and maintenance, and
- Irrigation system programming and operation.
Please follow the steps below to complete your registration:
- Register and pay the registration fee on CalWEP.org
- Register on QWEL.net (this link will be emailed to you after Step 1 is complete).
Once Steps 1-2 are complete, CalWEP will send you a Zoom calendar invite to join the class sessions.
