Join us for CalWEP’s Fall Plenary hosted both in-person AND virtually by East Bay Municipal Utility District!
Plenaries provide members with information they need to know. We’re excited to head to Oakland for our fall event. The program will include what’s new at CalWEP and the Alliance for Water Efficiency, feature a session on sustainable landscape market transformation and of course, touch on the drought and long-term water efficiency framework. In person attendees:
The BEST way to get to the event is via BART. We encourage everyone to take public transit but if you do plan to drive, the venue’s website has directions and information about parking nearby.
Lunch will be served from 12:15-1:15 pm with vegetarian options available.
Virtual attendees:
Please make sure you are registered via Zoom and have the on your calendars! Event reminders will be sent out the day before and one hour before the event.
The afternoon sessions of the plenary will now be available virtually. We will take an hour break for lunch and then virtual attendees are welcome to join us again from 1:15-3pm. Since some of you may have conflicts given this late change, we will record these sessions and share them after the event.
